Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: $9.99 for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: $15.99 for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 10-20 business days.
- Expedited International Shipping: $29.99 for all orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- LifeXB.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- LifeXB.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
